Production & Processing Time
All our cookie cutters, stamps, and baking tools are made-to-order. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be 3D printed, quality-checked, and packed before it is dispatched. During peak holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)
We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post. To provide you with the most affordable options, our standard shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight and size of your order:
Standard Shipping: Rates vary by weight (e.g., small orders of 1-2 cutters are sent as a standard tracked envelope; medium orders of 3-6 cutters as a large envelope; and larger orders as standard parcels). Exact prices will be displayed at checkout.
Express Shipping: Available at a flat rate of $13.20 for faster delivery.
Local Pickup (Click & Collect)
Free local pickup is available from Point Cook, Victoria 3030. If you select this option at checkout, you will receive an email notification with the full address and collection instructions once your order is printed and ready.
International Shipping (New Zealand)
We currently offer international shipping to New Zealand via DHL eCommerce.
Shipping Rates: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their destination country. Quarkie is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives quickly, Quarkie is not responsible for delays caused by the courier network. If your parcel is significantly delayed or you suspect it is lost, please contact us at info@quarkie.com.au, and we will assist you in lodging an inquiry with the shipping provider.
